Free Beginners Training Plan




The beginners training programme is designed to build a lot of muscle in your first few weeks/months of training. As you would not have trained before or just getting back into it, going into a 4-6 day spilt might be too taxing on your body.

So a three day split with big compound movements should help pack on muscle as these movements do not isolate one muscle they use numerous, this is why they are so effective.
